Volume discounts for rubber stamp orders gets better in 2024!
Volume discounts and good news for everyone as we made a better decision in the pricing of our discounting for stamps. We added in an better volume discount to help with the cost of selected models of stamps.
There are five components to how we have to price a custom-made rubber stamp.
- Administration workload
- Design and production ready
- Stamp body ordering
- Manufacture and assembly
- Postage and handling preparation
Most orders have the same amount of administration no matter what size the stamp is.
Often the design and getting that image to a vector image for production takes the same amount of time.
The big variant is the body. From a little 12mm round stamp up to a large steel frame professional body there is a massive price differential.
Manufacturing custom made rubber stamps can also vary wildly.
A 12mm square stamp take very little time in the laser engraving machine. However, a large self-inking stamp can take a lot of time, so these are apportioned as required. Often the assembly time can be the same for most rubber stamps.
As you can see the small loyalty stamps like a 12mm round, or square stamp often costs the same in labour and administration as the largest self-inking stamps.

In recent times we have reviewed the sale price of these stamps and said no we can no longer just keep the price on these low because they look smaller. For a custom-made stamp these have larger inputs to achieve the high-quality stamp mark our customers are looking for.
However, that extra cost quickly falls away when doing 2 or more of them. We want to ensure those savings can be passed on and your purchase cost per stamp can be reduced.
For these smaller stamps we have introduced into the website a volume purchasing discount system.
- From 2 through to five each extra stamp earns a larger discount percentage.
- The next stage is 5 to 9 units, 10 to 19 units and 20 to 49 units.
- From 12% through to percentages in the thirties for larger orders get your average price way down. For even larger orders contact us for a quote.
