Els was ordering some stamps and one of her people missed the order deadline for their rubber stamps.  We spotted the second order come in and held the first order for her and rushed the second one through so they could all go in the one courier delivery and save her the extra cost.  Why waste money we think and try and achieve this as much as possible.  Sometimes we are too quick turning the orders around and the orders get away before the next one comes in so timing is everything.
