The Trodat Classic Dater stamps range are a group of traditional stamps which work with a separate ink pad.
Each of these rubber stamps has a steel frame for longevity of use. Within that steel frame are wheels which turn the rubber bands. On the rubber bands are the details to dial up a date. The first two bands are numbers. The next band is letters for the month. There are three characters for the month like NOV for November. The last band is the year. On this one there are four numbers like 2029. Generally you will have at least 10 years left on the bands when the Trodat Dater stamps get to you.
Some situations these Trodat Classic Daters stamps are particularly suited to and an advantage over a self-inking stamp. Small spaces are an example of this advantage. Which the body surrounding it of a self-inking stamp you can aim these stamps particularly well. Also the size is smaller and fitting this stamp into a narrow space is much easier. Another use is on a curved object. Being able to land this stamp on one side and roll around a curved item is so easy to do.
When using these Trodat Classic Dater stamps on copy paper the standard ink pads are perfect for your needs.
Should you require a different ink for gloss paper, plastic, freezer bags or metal there are specialist solvent based inks which will work with these date stamps. Contact us on the form below or email direct to email@example.com.
