Please check your loyalty card for gloss surface.

If your loyalty card has a glossy surface the standard water based ink will smudge or smear off.

You would need to change to the alcohol based inks and that has management issues around that with drying out.  Choose the ‘dry ink pad’ and ‘Gloss paper’ option we will lead you through the procedure required around this evaporating solvent management.
