The Pharmacy or Chemist stamp.
This pharmacy stamp is designed for document marking all day long. Many pharmacies use different designs. These chemist stamp designs can be modified. Here we have the most commonly requested designs shown in the photos. Most variation is around the check boxes. Also different amounts of text rows and positioning in the layout are requested.
Two rows of text above the date are usual. Three can be achieved however the font size has to be reduced to fit the space.
A row of small font size text can fit above the check boxes. This does limit the check boxes height however.
