My interaction with customer service was friendly and all emails sent to me were very clear in what I was being asked to do and what me saying yes to the proof meant. I also liked that I had the option of paying by bank transfer (so that I didn’t incur extra bank charges). Once the final proof was approved the rubber die was delivered within 2 days. For a process that I have never done before, your website and your staff made it very very easy.
