On average, a personalised ink stamp will take three working days to complete. There are three steps involved in the stamp making process. Those three steps include, approval of the “proof,” manufacture and payment, and then delivery of your personalised stamps.
Step 1: The Proof
The first step is to create the “proof.” Once you send a personalised stamp enquiry, we will begin work on translating your image and text into a stamp design.
This is the most important part of the stamp creation process. We work hard to ensure every detail of the stamp design meets the needs of the client. This process can involve a lot of back and forth as we will not begin manufacturing the stamp until the design has been approved.
Step 2: Manufacture and Payment
Once we have approval from the client, we can begin the manufacturing process. Our goal is to have the proof approved by 10:00am and we aim to send your personalised stamps to the courier by 3:00pm. All orders must be paid for before we can ship. The faster payment is made, the faster you will receive your personalised ink stamps.
Step 3: Delivery
All New Zealand orders are shipped via Castle Parcels, Poste Haste and NZ Post. Most North Island orders are received the next business day. For the South Island, it can take two business days. We use FedEx and NZ Post for international deliveries. Full details available in our dedicated blog post.
