Bulk Discounts for Rubber Stamp Orders!

Great news — we’ve introduced volume discounts on selected custom-made rubber stamps! After reviewing our pricing, we decided to add more generous bulk discounts to help reduce costs for customers who order multiple stamps.

How We Price Custom-Made Rubber Stamps

There are five main components that go into pricing a custom stamp:

  1. Administration and processing workload
  2. Design and production preparation
  3. Stamp body sourcing
  4. Manufacturing and assembly
  5. Postage and handling

Most orders involve the same amount of administrative work, regardless of stamp size. Similarly, converting artwork into a vector file for production usually takes the same amount of time whether the stamp is small or large.

The biggest cost variation comes from the stamp body. A small 12mm round stamp costs far less to produce than a large steel-frame professional model. Manufacturing time also varies — for example, a tiny 12mm stamp takes very little time to engrave, while a large self-inking model can take much longer. Assembly time, however, tends to be similar across most models.

In short, even the smallest loyalty stamps often require the same amount of labour and admin as our largest self-inking stamps.

New Volume Discounts

We’ve introduced a new tiered discount system to make bulk purchasing more affordable. When you order two or more custom stamps, your price per unit drops significantly.

Here’s how it works:

  • Buy 2 → 10% off
  • Buy 3 → 18% off
  • Buy 4 → 22% off
  • Buy 5–9 → 25% off
  • Buy 10–19 → 30% off
  • Buy 20–49 → 35% off

That means you can now save between 10% and 35% on many selected custom-made rubber stamps!

Why We Made This Change

Previously, we kept prices for small stamps low simply because of their size — but in reality, creating a high-quality, custom-made stamp requires similar effort and resources no matter the size. By introducing volume discounts, we can fairly reflect production costs while passing savings on to you when you order more than one.

How to Get Your Discount

These discounts apply automatically to selected models when purchased through our website. Just select the number of custom-made stamps you need for your business — the discount will appear directly below the “Add to Cart” button on eligible items.

What can be purchased in a bulk order?

Any rubber stamp you need to order can be ordered in bulk. Whether that be Trodat Printy, Trodat Professional, Shiny Printer or a combination of all of them. They might have complex images or just simple text. Each stamp could have its own image as well.

Generally we don’t discount on the custom hand stamp due to the amount of labour cost that goes into these individually made items. We will help with any bulk order and this includes ink pads too.

Is there a discount for bulk order self inking stamps?

Yes there is and this depends on the volume and model. Also how complex the order is for set up time and cross checking to ensure all stamps are in the order before dispatch, like 264 small 4911 self inking stamps each one with a separate persons name on it.

How long does a bulk order take?

At the smaller end of bulk orders these take 3-4 days depending on stock numbers available. However most require ordering in product which generally ads two to three days on there. Some orders where stock is low in the country it may take time for the next shipment from Europe to arrive. That may be as short as three weeks or up to three months for more unusual items.

Multi-colour stamps in bulk can quite often take 4-6 weeks or more as stock of these very special pads is not stored in bulk in New Zealand. Timing is everything there with import cycles.

How do I order a bulk number of stamps?

You can put your order through on any of the self-inking stamp products on the website and we will create the proofs and adjust the price shown on the order to reflect the total number being bought.

Or you can email us with all the details we require to produce each stamp below on this page. We can then proof that and/or give you a quote for the purchase.

What payment terms are there?

A 50% deposit is required for a bulk order before we will order stock in for you, the remainder is required before dispatch.

We can take Credit cards, internet banking, cheque or cash.
