5 Star Customer Review – Entire process was super easy and fast!

“Hi there, I recently made an order with you, and I wanted to provide some feedback on your service. From googling your website, the website itself, receiving automated emails and emails from the person that needed me to approve the final proof – every step of the process was so easy and straightforward and efficient. My interaction with customer service was friendly and all emails sent to me were very clear in what I was being asked to do and what me saying yes to the proof meant. I also liked that I had the option of paying by bank transfer (so that I didn’t incur extra bank charges). Once the final proof was approved the rubber die was delivered within 2 days. For a process that I have never done before, your website and your staff made it very very easy. It’s not often these days that you get excellent customer service from start to finish, so I wanted to share my feedback and convey my thanks for making the entire process was super easy and fast.
